The Memo Invoice [S1277] screen is used to create invoices for internal or external miscellaneous business costs that do not include inventory transactions.
For repeat invoices that require minimal changes, for example, the date, you can copy and existing invoice and make the minor edits you need using the Copy Memo Invoice [S2551] screen rather inputting the data all over again.
