New Feature - Model Report Profile

OnRamp recently released a new screen for business model users to save any updated business model and review the results based on live data.

The new Model Report Profile [S2644] screen provides users with the option to either run the updated report or to run the report overnight. Report results can also be filtered to refine the report information.

Before adding the business model to the Model Report Profile screen the user will need to select the sections that will be reported using the Model Setup [S2343] screen.

  1. Select the section to add to the report. (Only line items with the “LSEC” type can be selected.)
  2. Click the Edit button.
  3. Click the Report Section field.
  4. Select Amount or Rate from the Saved Type field.
  5. Click OK.

  1. Select the line item
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select a Row Summary value from the drop down.
  4. Click Report Section.
  5. Select Save Type value.
  6. Click OK.

Model Setup [S2343] screenWe will start working from the pretext that a business model has been created, ran, and updated. To get a report from an updated business model, open the Model Report Profile [S2644] screen.

Adding the business model

  1. Click Add in the bottom menu.
  2. Create a Report ID.
  3. Enter a Description for the report.
  4. Select the Model Type from the drop down menu.
  5. Select the Ref.Model.
  6. Click on the Overnight field to run the report overnight if required.
  7.  Click OK.

Model Report Profile [S2644] screenTo run a report, select the report from the list, then click the Run button in Browse mode.

To view the results of the business model report, click on the Saved Results frame.

  1. To filter the saved results, use the Bucket and Section drop down menus.
  2. The status and time stamp for each report is displayed in the Run Status frame.
