This week’s Quick Tip is super easy to set up and very useful. If you are sending a support request ticket you can set up “Issue Updates” notifications from the User Options and Preferences.
Start, by clicking the User Options and Preferences button in the main OnRamp navigation. Once the screen opens click edit at the bottom of the screen to start updating your preferences. To sign up for Issue Update notifications click in the blue colored box in the right hand column of the screen. Once you’re done, click “okay”.
Now you are signed up to be notified when you send tickets to OnRamp support. You will receive notifications when issues have been resolved, released or if no action is taken.
You can go in to your User Options and Preferences and turn the Issue Updates notification off and on at any time.
